In the spring of 2004, the OPSOA Board of Directors launched the mentorship program expanding its
commitment to provide a wide range of professional development and individual mentorship for newly appointed supervisory officials. The one year pilot program was an unqualified success and the OPSOA membership recently voted to continue the program into the future. - Summer 2005.
